SHIPPING POLICY
FAE ships from Washington State, United States.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged by hand before shipping. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Priority shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Please note that large, heavy, or irregularly shaped pieces (such as large vases and sculptures) may require special freight or oversized shipping and may incur additional fees. We will contact you before shipping if additional costs apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international shipping can be significantly more expensive, particularly for large, heavy, or irregularly shaped pieces which may require special freight handling. We will contact you before shipping if additional costs apply beyond the checkout estimate.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
PACKAGING
All ceramic, sculptural, and fragile works are packaged with care using protective materials to ensure safe transit. Paintings are shipped flat with corner protectors and rigid packaging.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@faeonline.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
FAE is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. We recommend that customers at the shipping address be available to receive deliveries of fragile items.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
